When is this service a good fit?

You only have a paper drawing, scan or PDF, but need an editable file.

What can you send us?

PDF, scanned paper drawing, phone photo, hand-drawn sketch, dimensioned sketch or an old DWG file. A copy from a municipal archive works too. For most jobs, digitally sent material is all we need.

What do you get?

A clean, to-scale digital drawing as a PDF — and, if agreed, an editable AutoCAD DWG with a proper layer structure. Accuracy depends on the quality of the source material and measurements.

Price and turnaround

The price depends on the number of drawings, source quality and complexity. Send us your files — we will review them and send a free quote. A single drawing or a couple of simple sheets are usually ready within 3 working days; deadlines for larger projects are agreed in the quote.

Can you work from a photo or a sketch?

Yes — we also work from phone photos and hand-drawn sketches.

I don't have the old drawings — where can I find them?

Old plans are usually held by the local building authority or municipal archive; property managers and previous owners are worth asking too. Even a blurry archive copy works as source material. If no drawing can be found, we draw from measurements and photos — the whole service works remotely.

Can you convert a PDF into an editable DWG?

Are revisions included in the price?

Yes — your order is risk-free: revisions within the agreed brief until the result fits.

Is the drawing valid for a building permit?

The digitized drawing is base material. Compliance with permit requirements is confirmed only by separate agreement.
