The client is planning renovation works in a private house. He has the old floor plan on paper with the existing walls, but now wants to relocate the walls and remodel the floor. So, he marks the new wall locations and names of the rooms on the existing floor plan, and we make him a correct floor plan with which to think through all the construction work and the layout of the rooms.

The result is a correct floor plan drawing, where both the lengths of the walls and the area of the rooms are indicated. We sent different versions of the order to the customer: PDF versions with wall lengths and without wall lengths, as well as an AutoCAD dwg working file. Thanks to the AutoCAD file, the customer can draw additions to the floor plan in the future: e.g. electrical drawings or furnishings.
